Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage G4S Technology provides its full-time regular employees with a broad range of competitive benefits. The benefit program is flexible; each component can be elected independently, which allows employees to select the appropriate coverage for him or herself and family.
Medical coverage is provided through two Preferred Provider (PPO) options that provide comprehensive medical, hospital and surgical care from a large national network of providers.
Dental coverage is provided through a PPO plan. There is a large network of participating dentists.
Vision benefits are provided through an affordable eye care plan with allowances for annual eye exams, prescription glasses and contact lenses as well as discounts and savings on other services (such as laser vision correction).
Compensation G4S Technology employees enjoy a competitive compensation program based on reliable compensation data. Appraisals and Merit Reviews are given annually and compensation adjustments are based on individual performance.
401k Plan All employees, full or part-time, regular or temporary, are eligible to participate in the G4S Technology 401k plan. Pre-tax employee contributions are made to your account through automatic payroll deduction. G4S Technology also provides a competitive employer match component. The participant may select from a large variety of investment options.
Life Insurance G4S Technology provides Group Term Life (GTL) Insurance at no cost to the employee equal to twice the employee’s base annual pay ($500,000 maximum). Also, employees may purchase additional GTL Insurance for themselves as well as for their spouse and children.
Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance G4S Technology provides Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance at no cost to the employee equal to twice the employee’s base annual pay. Employees may also purchase additional AD&D coverage for themselves and their family.
Short Term Disability/Long Term Disability G4S Technology provides Short Term and Long Term Disability coverage at no cost to the employee. Employees may also purchase an LTD buy-up for more income protection.
Reimbursement Accounts Employees may set aside pre-tax dollars in a flexible spending account to use for eligible health care and dependent care expenses that are not covered by another plan.
Paid Time Off Paid Time Off (PTO) can be used for vacation, personal time, personal illness or time off to care for dependents. PTO is earned according to length of service with G4S Technology. Employees with 0-4 years of service receive 15 days per year, 5-9 years receive 20 days, and 10+ receive 25 days.
Holidays Full-time employees receive 10 paid holidays per year.
Employee Assistance Program G4S Technology provides an Employee Assistance Program, with services available to all employees and their family to address issues such as stress, parenting, marriage and family, emotional and mental health, substance abuse, and financial and legal concerns. It provides 24-hour access to professional advice, and face-to-face visits when needed.
Employee Recognition Service Awards are given at service anniversaries beginning with the 5th, and in 5-year increments thereafter. STAR and ACE Awards are given to employees whose performance exceeds expectations, based on a nomination from a co-worker or supervisor. There are additional recognition programs that reward individuals, departments and projects for their achievements, ideas, safety performance, customer service, teamwork and leadership.
Employee Referrals When G4S Technology hires a new employee as a result of a referral from a current employee, the referring employee may be eligible to receive a monetary award.
Fitness Benefit G4S Technology provides a partial subsidy (up to $200 per year) for membership or participation in a qualified fitness facility or program or for the purchase of qualified fitness equipment.
Adoption Assistance Benefit The Company provides financial assistance when an employee adopts a child. Employees will be reimbursed for qualified adoption-related expenses up to $2,500 per adoption, for up to two adoptions maximum.
Tuition Assistance Benefit G4S Technology offers a Tuition Assistance Program intended to provide financial assistance to employees for college or university level credited course work related to their present position or a position that they can reasonably aspire to within the company. If approved, reimbursement will be up to $2,500 annually, or $7,500 lifetime. |
